EventsMy family was facing a new reality—one we hadn’t yet learned how to navigate. My son had just been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, and while the diagnosis brought clarity, it also brought a wave of uncertainty, fear, and isolation. I struggled with acceptance, unsure how to process what this meant for my son and our future. At FRN, or the first time, I could share my feelings openly. There were no whispers, no judgments—just acceptance. My son was treated with dignity and respect. The FRN community loved my family as their own, helping us find hope during a time when it felt like hope was slipping away.
